How long does it take to fulfill a Special Order?
Most Special Orders require a 3 day lead time before we have that remote or key available. Once an order is submitted our team member orders that part to make available for you during your scheduled appointment day & time.

Can Special Orders be rushed?
It depends, please include any specific shipping requests in the “additional notes” box found on the Checkout page. (Example, “Please expedite order via UPS Next Day Air”). Please remember you are responsible for all shipping charges. Once we recieve your initial payment for order a team member will contact you back with further details on any additional shipping charges to be paid for on your behalf. Please understand that not all requests for expediting special orders are possible – we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

What is the Return Policy on special orders?
Special Order items are non-returnable and non refundable – please also see our cancelation policy.

How do I cancel a Special Order request submitted online?
To cancel a Special Order submitted online, please log in to your account and within ‘My Account’ area and select ‘Orders’. Find the order that you are attempting to cancel and below ‘Actions’ select request cancelation. For more info – please check out our Cancelation Policy & Refunds page.

IMPORTANT: The order cannot be cancelled once it has been ordered on our end.
