Cancellation Policy

FEES & PAYMENT; NO REFUNDS
Delaware Auto Keys offers several different purchase options for use of the Services. You may pay for the Services by credit card. You represent and warrant to Delaware Auto Keys that any payment information you provide to Delaware Auto Keys is true and correct that you are authorized to use such payment account. You agree to promptly update your account information with any changes that maybe necessary (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date).
CONSIDERATION CREDIT – AT OUR DESCRETION
However, from time to time and in our sole discretion, we may choose to provide to you with a one-time refund, discount, or other consideration (“credit”). The provision of a credit to you in one instance does not entitle you to a credit in the future for a similar instance, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance. RESCHEDULING / LATE POLICY
To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please understand that last minute changes affect other clients as well.
If you must reschedule an appointment, 24 hours is required in order to keep your deposit.
SPECIAL ORDER CANCELATIONS
Special Orders orders cannot be cancelled. For more details please see our Special Order FAQs page.
CANCELLATIONS
In the case of prepaid services booked through our website, a cancellation fee, plus applicable taxes, will be charged if the service is cancelled in full. You will be refunded your original payment amount minus the cancellation fee (Partial Payment – Deposit). Any partial cancellation of prepaid services will be refunded to your credit card after the remaining service has been performed.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO Exceptions
*Cancellations of service appointment will incur a 20% fee (Cancellation Fee), or forfeit of deposit – whichever amount is greater.
No Shows – Mobile Service
In the event that our service technician arrives to your mobile service location and vehicle owner is not present for requested service date/time – this will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be considered cancelled. A cancellation fee of 20% – as well as a mobile service fee (as shown on original requested service receipt) will be charged, or forfeit of deposit – whichever amount is greater.
No Shows – To Our Location
In the event that the vehicle owner does not show at our location at the service date/time – this will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be considered cancelled. A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged, or forfeit of deposit – whichever amount is greater.
IMPORTANT: Special Orders cannot be cancelled.
